Shipping / Handling

All orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: Processing times may vary from those listed above.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Return Policy

We accept returns on a case by case basis. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the unopened packaging, without the candle wick lit. Any returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we recommend you track your package. We are not responsible if the return does not arrive.

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email returns@omcandles.com to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping. We will only accept returns with an RMA number.

Mail the item in its original packaging or secure packing of your own to:

Refunds:

After receiving your return, our team will review the condition of the candle(s). We will process your return or exchange, after our approval. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If your candle arrived damaged, please contact us at the email below to arrange a refund or exchange. You will need to supply proof of damage upon arrival.
